Return and Exchange Policy

Return Period

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, consumers are entitled to a seven-day evaluation period upon receipt of the goods. During the evaluation period, consumers may unconditionally return the goods without giving any reason, provided that the goods are in their original condition and packaging without any signs of use.

Return and Exchange Requirements

Condition of Goods: The goods must be in a brand new, unused condition and in their original packaging (including the product itself, accessories, gifts, original packaging, and invoice).

Non-returnable Items:

Goods returned after the seven-day evaluation period.

Goods that have been opened, used, washed, altered or show signs of wear and tear.

Goods that are damaged, scratched or soiled due to human factors.

Goods with removed or damaged tags or labels.

Return Process

Notify the Seller: Please contact us within seven days of receiving the goods via email at cs@makavelic.com.tw, providing your order number and the details of the item you wish to return.

Return Shipment: Please pack the item securely in its original packaging or other protective packaging and send it to the designated return address.

For customers outside of Taiwan: Please contact us via mail at cs@makavelic.com.tw for the specific return address.

Return Shipping Fees

Defective Goods or Incorrect Items: Shipping fees will be borne by the seller.

Exchange for Other Items or Returns due to other reasons: Shipping fees will be borne by the consumer.

Refund

After we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will process the refund within 7 working days. The refund method will depend on your original payment method.

Refund Methods

Credit Card Payment: The amount will be refunded directly to the original credit card account.
